This year we worked with agent Trish Gale in Bellingham, Washington. We had to sell a house in order to buy a condo. Trish was our agent for both transactions. She was very professional, knew the laws, and the real estate market for both condominiums and single family  homes in Bellingham. She has a great sense of humor, she is patient, knowledgeable of state real estate laws and procedures. She is kind and helpful. Plus she has the eye of a wonderful decorator and expertly staged our home for sale. She is compassionate about the stress of buying and selling real estate. She is exactly what a real estate professional should be: knowledgeable about the market, laws and procedures; gives expert advice on staging a home and pricing for a quick sale and top dollar; and is a tireless advocate for the seller during negotiations. We would give her the highest rating of 10 out of 10! Anyone would be lucky to work with her!!

Trish personalized her handling of our real estate transaction. She listened attentively to our needs and helped us find the right property in the perfect location.
